Financing:
The Entrepreneurial Center is a Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) for the Innovative Bank Loan Program. This program offers financing from $5,000 - $50,000 for start-up and existing companies and is an SBA guaranteed program. Other features of the program include:
- No collaterol required
- 7-year payment term; no prepayment penalties
- Requires a business checking account
- Payments are EFT from your business account
- Interest rate is prime plus 4.75% adjusted quarterly
- One-time Fees include a 2% SBA fee and a $475 packaging fee (upon loan approval)
